services to senior elderly residents. These services will
be provided in a cost-effective manor, while maintaining resident's
health, independence, dignity, and quality of life.

ARV Assisted Living, Inc. is California's leading provider of assisted
living, with 39 operating communities, plus three in various stages
of development. ARV currently operates 59 communities containing
approximately 7,300 units in 10 states, with three communities under
construction in Colorado, Nevada, and Rhode Island, as well as an
additional development in Connecticut.
